Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or revoked by the user. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bosbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (after wagering requirement completion and subject to verification) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Voluntary closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations owed to bosbet.
